No—it’s very different. Therapy, psychiatry, and counseling are clinical services designed to diagnose and treat mental health disorders like PTSD, anxiety, or depression. Psychiatrists may prescribe medication, and therapists often focus on unpacking the past. I don’t do that—and I don’t need to.
As a trauma-informed coach, I understand how trauma affects your brain, body, and beliefs. I create a safe, empowering space for you to explore, process, and grow—without needing a diagnosis. While I’ve worked with many clients who’ve experienced anxiety, depression, or PTSD, I don’t treat these conditions.
Coaching, on the other hand, is for people who are ready to grow, shift, and take aligned action. It’s forward-focused. What I do is help people reconnect with their power, shift patterns, and move forward so they can have a better experience and future.
I’m also a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Brain Health Trainer, so I support the whole person—emotionally, physically, mentally, spiritually, and professionally.
You might be navigating a crisis, relationship breakdown, burnout, career confusion, business stress, or a spiritual crossroads. These aren’t medical issues—they’re life challenges. And that’s exactly what I help people move through.

That depends on the level of support you’re looking for. I offer self-guided tools starting at $27, group coaching from $97/month, and private programs ranging from $997, depending on the length and depth of the program. I work with individuals, couples, and businesses (including nonprofits).
If pricing is a concern, I also offer flexible payment options to help you receive the support you need without delay.
Book a consultation to find the best fit—we’ll map out what makes sense based on where you are and the transformation you're ready for.
If you're willing to learn about something you haven’t figured out, you’re coachable.
If you're ready to take ownership of your progress by listening to your coach and learning new skills that can shift your results, you’re coachable.
If you want strategies that help you grow faster and gain more confidence than trying to figure it out alone—and you want a coach who will support you in the places you feel most vulnerable and unsure—then you’re in the right place.
My most successful clients want to learn and are ready to have a positive change, so they can have positive results.
You’re tired of doing it all alone
You know you’re capable of more, but feel stuck
You want more than generic advice—you want real change
You value emotional honesty, empowerment, and spiritual alignment
You want to feel safe, seen, and supported—even in your hardest seasons
You want to feel empowered when opening up, and love the idea of staying connected to a coach you trust—even after the program ends
But the best way to find out? Meet her.
Unlike therapy, counseling, or psychiatry—where you usually have to pay and hope it’s a good fit, you get to connect with Coach Brandi first. This eliminates the guesswork and risk. You’ll get a feel for her energy, approach, and heart before making any commitment.

“Working with Brandi both personally and professionally has brought more clarity into my life. To be able to see beyond fear and doubt as well as identifying my why. I could not have asked for a better person to work with. She shows nothing but passion and compassion in what she does. She will always be dear to my heart and a friend forever. Mahalo nui loa Brandi for all that you have done and will do.”
“The best of the best athletes have coaches. Even Michael Jordan had a coach! I’m no Michael Jordan, but at a time where I needed new direction I discovered Brandi. Her compassionate empathic abilities paired with a wealth of knowledge played a huge role in guiding me to shift perceptions that allowed miraculous change into my life. I call her an earth angel because she has allowed me to reflect on my natural gifts and live a more purposeful life.”
“Brandi puts her mind, heart and soul into each ONE of our SESSIONS. She has helped me move forward in my personal and overall life by creating a more balanced and fulfilled life. Highly recommended to anyone that needs that extra push in life for greater purpose.”
