Do not attempt to call or you may miss your session. Coach Brandi will call you at your scheduled time. Be prepared at least 10 minutes prior to your session.

Whether you are using a phone or computer, make sure you do not run out of battery before our session is finished. We don't want you to miss out!

If you are late, you will not have 60 minutes, and your session will end as scheduled.

Coach Brandi will wait up to 10 minutes. She will contact you via phone, email, and text if you are late.

If you do not start your session within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, it will be deemed a no-show and therefore canceled.

If you miss your session and would like to reschedule, a $25 late reschedule fee is administered.
