What Clarity Calls Are For:

  1. When you’re feeling overwhelmed and need support managing stress

  3. When you want to check in, refocus, and stay aligned with your goals

  4. When you’ve had a win, breakthrough, or positive moment you want to share

  5. When something new comes up and you don’t want to wait until our next session to address it

When to Schedule a Clarity Call 

When the OTI's aren't helping, when you have a quick question about the OTI's, or you just want to check in, schedule a Clarity Call that's what it's for!

Click on the link to schedule your first Clarity Call, then create an account (on the top right corner, which says Sign Up) so it’s easy for you to schedule them later.

Rate your stress around this topic on a 1-10 scale:

Stress level is low around 1-3

If you’d like to update me on something we’re working on or have a question about an OTI, rescheduling, or something new that came up in between our sessions, then email me.

Stress level is in the middle range 4-5

If you are feeling confused, frustrated, or upset about something, reflect on your OTI’s including the recaps to see if any of the exercises we’ve gone over needs to be practiced to resolve the issue. If it hasn’t been resolved, email me or schedule a Clarity Call.

Stress level is a bit higher 6-7

If you feel impatient, very upset or angry about something and want to talk, schedule a Clarity Call as soon as possible. Text me if you cannot find anything sooner. Know that I may be with a client/student, so please be patient for my response.

Stress Level is high 8-10

If you feel suicidal or rage and want to hurt yourself or others, call me. Text me if I don’t answer.

If you feel in danger or in a life-threatening situation, call me. Text me if I don’t answer.

If this is happening to anyone you know and they are in immediate trouble, call me. Text me if I don’t answer.

For all emergencies, do not hesitate to text or call me anytime. Always call 911.
